Research project Disrupting Gene Regulatory Networks in glioblastoma to block neuron-to-glioma synaptic communication.
Glioblastoma is an aggressive brain tumour driven in part by direct communication with neurons. We aim to break this connection by targeting the gene regulatory networks that enable neuron–tumour synapses. Combining cutting-edge genomics, single-cell analysis and targeted protein degradation, we seek new ways to disrupt tumour progression and make glioblastoma more treatable.
