The Annual Celebration is one of the University's two academic celebrations. During the celebrations in October, the University's honorary doctors, new professors, award recipients and recipients of our Medal of Merit are celebrated.

The Teaching Awardee Panels took place at 10:15-12:30 in the Ljusgården Atrium in the Teacher Education Building. The teaching award recipients and distinguished university teacher participated in panel discussions and Deputy Vice-Chancellor Cathrine Norberg presented diplomas.
The day before the Ceremony an exhibition showcased the guests of honour. opens at 11.00. Honorary doctor and journalist Marie Lundström gave a short talk and light refreshments were served.
Location: Vardagsrummet, Humanisthuset.
During the morning, at 9-12, lectures were held by the honorary doctors, new professors and scientific award recipients. The scientific award recipients received their award after their lectures.
The Ceremony took place in Aula Nordica at 17.00. The Ceremony included the conferment of honorary doctors, the inauguration of new professors and the recipients of the university's Medal of Merit.
