ͯÑÕÊÓƵ actively works to promote equal rights and opportunities for all, and to combat all forms of discrimination. The Student Health Service at ͯÑÕÊÓƵ is also an LGBTQI-certified organisation in accordance with RFSL guidelines. During Pride week, 21-26 September 2026, many activities will be held at and around ͯÑÕÊÓƵ. The University will also fly rainbow flags across campus during the week.

From 21 to 26 September, Pride on Campus will be held for the second consecutive year.
During Pride at the library, the Umeå University libraries displays LGBTQI literature: the Arts Campus Library and the University Library. The libraries will highlight many items from their collections, including non-fiction, fiction and children's books. Feel free to borrow books from the exhibition!
