Welcome to KBC DAYS 2026, the annual interdisciplinary conference of the Chemical Biological Centre (KBC), taking place on 10-11 November 2026 at KBC, Umeå University.
This year's theme, "Dynamic Worlds: Responses and Transformations from Molecules to Landscapes", explores how systems at every level, from atoms and molecules to ecosystems and landscapes, respond to and are transformed by internal and external influences.
The conference brings together researchers, students, research infrastructures, research support services, and external partners from across the KBC environment and beyond. The programme includes keynote lectures, presentations from newly recruited faculty members, award and grant recipients, postdocs, PhD students, Forskaraspirant Programme students, and research infrastructures.
KBC DAYS offers an excellent opportunity to discover new research, explore infrastructure and support services, exchange ideas, and build interdisciplinary collaborations!
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
