I’m especially happy to share this award with my dear friend and thesis partner Olle, to whom I owe a special thanks for his invaluable dedication and outstanding contribution throughout the process. Finally – thank you to Umeå University and everyone I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know during these four fantastic years.”
Olle Olausson: “A big thank you to both Umeå University and Siemens Financial Services for honoring us with this award. It feels great to receive further recognition for the time we invested in this thesis last year, and even more rewarding to share it with Tim, who has been by my side since day one at university.”
Jury’s motivation
“For a well-written and well-executed study on bankruptcy prediction methodology. The study, conducted using appropriate methods, is timely and well-justified from both an academic and practical perspective.”
