The development program consists of two steps and holds seminars for doctoral students four times per semester, and between the meetings, you will have exercises to do with your supervisor to strengthen your relationship. The programme will give you the opportunity to meet other doctoral students and gain new perspectives and how to deal with the challenges that may arise.
