I hold a PhD in Sociology and currently serve as a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Principal Development at Umeå University. I lead and teach courses within the National School Leadership Training Programme, as well as other programmes focusing on leadership in preschools and schools.
My academic background includes teaching across several university programmes in areas such as sociological theory, sociological research, organization, leadership, and the psychosocial work environment. I have also led commissioned education programmes on leadership and organization arranged by Umeå University.
