I am a PhD student at the Department of Creative Studies and a municipal doctoral student and assistant scientific leader in the Municipality of Piteå. My research field is educational work, and my research interests include collaboration within the education sector, practice-based research, school development, and literature education.
In my doctoral project, I investigate how collaboration between municipalities and universities around practice-based research and school development can become sustainable. By studying different collaborative initiatives, I examine how collaboration contributes to the development of individual, relational, and organisational resources, and how these resources influence the possibilities for continued or new collaboration. I am particularly interested in how these resources are shaped through the interplay between institutional and organisational structures and the agency of collaborating actors.
In the Municipality of Piteå, I work with, among other things, the education administration’s R&D team, research circles, supervision, teacher networks, and as assistant editor of the journal Fufos.
Before beginning my doctoral studies in autumn 2022, I worked for 23 years as an upper secondary school teacher at Strömbackaskolan in Piteå.
