With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 15 years of experience in the R&D department, I'm now pursuing a Ph.D. driven by a passion for the future of engineering education. My research delves into the intersection of engineering education and gender studies. I'm deeply interested in emotions and emotional capital in engineering education and how emotions as resources can address social justice and equality.
