Dr Ulf Leo is associate professor of Sociology of Law with a special focus on Educational Leadership. His research interests are educational leadership, professional norms, school development, the democratic mission to schools, implementation of the convention on the rights of the child, and education for sustainable development. He is presently working on a research project, linked with the International Successful School Principalship Project (ISSPP). Ulf is co-convener in the group for Educational Leadership at the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER)
