I am involved in several sub-studies within the UserInvolve research program, with a special focus on co-production in mental health research.
I am a political scientist and postdoctoral researcher in social work. I coordinate UserInvolve, a six-year research program funded by Forte, and in this role I am affiliated with the Swedish service user organisation NSPH. UserInvolve explores various user involvement methods in the field of mental health in Sweden.
My research focuses on advancing knowledge and developing methods for co-produced research, with a particular emphasis on collaboration between researchers, user organizations, and welfare actors in the mental health sector. I am also involved in a co-produced randomized controlled trial (RCT) on peer support.
In spring 2026, we will launch a new co-production study aimed at exploring patient forums. The project will involve translating, implementing, and evaluating the method to ensure it is effective in a municipal social psychiatry context.
