Peter Frii is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Accounting and Finance Unit. He teaches the course Advanced Financial Statement Analysis and Valuation.
His research focuses on the intersection between accounting and corporate finance, studying individual decision makers’ role in key corporate transitions, such as IPOs, M&As, Bankruptcies and in the implementation of new accounting standards.
Prior to joining the USBE faculty, Professor Frii obtained a PhD from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Norway.
