I am a registered nurse and a trained nurse educator. I work as a university lecturer, with a clinical connection as an RN in the surgical emergency ward (KAVA) at NUS. I defended my PhD in December 2025 with a dissertation on the vital role of experienced nurse mentors and the promotion of a more sustainable working life for RNs through the development of mentoring. I research professional development, self-efficacy, and sustainable work environments for nurses.
